Ray will challenge participants to think differently, live in the skin of the consumer and develop alternative approaches to strategy in an interactive format.

Ray Glickman is the Principal of From Left Field, which has quickly established itself as a leading niche provider of support to WA’s aged care sector thanks to its strategic capability, analytical ability and deep experience in leading and managing aged care operations. 

Ray was formerly the CEO of Amana Living as well as the City of Fremantle and Chairman of ACSWA and Deputy President of ACSA. He has numerous current and former directorships and chairing roles. He was the Winner of ACSA WA's Aged & Community Excellence Award in 2017. 

Ray holds master's degrees in Business, Applied Social Studies and Psychology & Philosophy. He is a Fellow of The Australian Institute of Management and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Ray is a popular speaker at conferences in Australia and beyond renowned for his 'from left field' approach and is an acclaimed novelist, shortlisted for the WA Premier's Book Awards in 2016.
